We was attracted to this property because of the big floorspace and the loft that had already been converted. Although the loft had been converted it did not meet current building regulations so we had to start from scratch and build it again but this time with adormer. We liked this property so much we drove straight to the estate agent and put an offer in face to face. We shown them our proof of funds and told them we could get solicitors instructed the same day. The agent rang the seller whilst we was there and they accepted it there and then.
