conscientious and motivated director who thrives in a collaborative team
environment. Having spent many years working across varied senior IT roles delivering
and managing complex IT solutions, he has now successfully transitioned into
the Property Industry. Dan has been instrumental in the sourcing and
transformation of property into thriving Co-Living community homes, where he
has been able to demonstrate his meticulous nature and holistic understanding
of the HMO implementation process. Dan is a family man with a passion for fitness
and sports. He regularly goes to the gym, coaches his son’s football team and plays
competitive golf.
